Policy

Returns or refunds are not allowed for any purchases of our items. Items purchased can be exchanged subject to the following conditions:

Only full-priced items may be subject for an exchange.
Item(s) received was different than ordered.
Item(s) exchanged may only be applied to the same item and design.
An exchange can only be requested once, and all exchanges are final.
IMPORTANT: if you’ve received wrong item and request for exchange,a video of unpacking must be sent for proof before we proceed with the next process.

Refund Policy :

Our return policy is only applicable for online within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition, with the original packaging.
Strictly no sign of wear.
A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your return
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost

Pre-ordered iteams

pre order items are non exchangeable/non refundable
no changing shipment to pickup and vice versa.

Non pre-ordered iteams

items MUST be approved first for any exchanges that is within 7 days and the items MUST be returned in it’s original packages and unworn once approved.
